As Commercial Director, Kieryn spends his days connecting the dots between creative vision and commercial strategy. Originally from New Zealand, he has spent the last 13+ years building partnerships across APAC, from launching startups to scaling partnership channels for global SaaS companies.

Video production caught Kieryn’s attention three years ago, and he hasn’t looked back. It’s the perfect blend of creativity and strategy – though his team will tell you he’s better at the big-picture dreaming than the practical details. Thankfully, they’re brilliant at turning his enthusiastic 3 AM ideas into realistic plans.

Competition runs deep in Kieryn’s blood. From representing New Zealand in ice hockey to embracing rugby (as any proper Kiwi must), he has always chased the next challenge. The ocean called too – seven Sydney to Hobart yacht races taught him more about teamwork and resilience than any boardroom ever could. These days, you’ll find him training for Ironman triathlons, perpetually convincing himself that he absolutely needs just one more bike.

Kieryn’s at his best in high-growth environments where no two days look the same. The team will listen to him harp on about conversations and relationships, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
