No rate cards. No guesswork. Tell us what you are building and we will tell you what it costs.
Video production pricing is not a fixed menu. The cost of a project is determined by a combination of factors that vary with every brief. Understanding these helps you scope your budget before we talk.
Most clients start with a project. Many move to subscription once they see how the production system works. Both are valid. The difference is in how the engagement is structured and what you get access to.
These are indicative ranges, not fixed prices. Every project is scoped individually based on what the brief actually requires. Use these as a starting point — the conversation will get specific quickly.
Every YourFilm project, at every price point, goes through the same brief-to-delivery process. What changes with budget is scope, not standard.
The most accurate quotes come from a brief conversation. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, where you need to film, what formats you need delivered, and any creative direction you have in mind. We will scope the production and come back with a detailed quote. Get in touch to start the conversation.
We do not have a fixed minimum. Projects under $3,000 are generally difficult to scope in a way that maintains the production standard we hold across all our work. If your budget is below that, we are happy to have a conversation about what is achievable and whether a different format might work better.
Project pricing is scoped per brief. You come with a specific need, we price and produce it. Subscription is an ongoing engagement that gives your brand access to the full YourFilm platform: production capacity, the YourCrew global network, and YourAssets for centralised library management. Most clients start on a project and move to subscription as production volume grows. View the subscription model here.
Timeline depends on scope. A focused single-day shoot with a straightforward brief can turn around final content in two to three weeks. A multi-location campaign with significant post-production typically runs four to eight weeks from brief to delivery. We confirm the timeline in your quote before anything is locked in.
Yes. YourFilm operates in 40+ countries through the YourCrew network. We film across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, North America, South East Asia, and North Asia. International production is quoted with crew and logistics included. You brief one team. We handle the rest.
All raw footage is retained after every project. This means the next brief can build on what already exists rather than starting from zero. Subscription clients get access to YourAssets, which makes the entire library searchable and accessible to every team member who needs it.
